Claim Warranty

1. Submit a Warranty Request
Email us at: omenmagz@gmail.com
Include proof of purchase, photos, and a description of the issue.

 

2. Claim Review
Our team reviews all claims typically within 5–7 business days.
Damages must be factory defects. *we will not replace skis damaged from riding.

 

3. Approval & Shipping Label
If approved, OMEN will provide a prepaid shipping label for customers to send the product to our warranty department.

 

4. Inspection
After receiving the product, we conduct a full inspection to verify the defect.

 

5. Repair / Replacement
If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, OMEN will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.
